Due to the closed-path, the body is forced to pull air that puts pressure on these parts and vibrate, that vibration produces the irritating voice which is known as the snoring voice.

Some people snore only during allergy season or when they have an infection in the sinus. Problems in the nose such as deviated septum(when the nose wall separates one nostril from the other is off-center) of nasal polyps can also block your airways.
Being overweight can cause problems. some children have large tonsils and adenoids that can make them snore.
- Poor muscle tone in the throat:
Throat and tongue muscles can be too relaxed, which allows block airways.
The major reason for snoring is this, Opening from your nose and your throat becomes narrow due to a soft or long uvula. That is already explained above.
- The use of drugs and alcohol:
The aftereffect of alcohol, most of the muscles are relaxed also makes your tongue and throat muscles relax too much.
Sleep on your back can make you snore. In this position, the uvula or tongue may block your airway, and that can produce a noisy voice.
If you are not getting enough sleep(sleeping problems) then your throat muscles might relax too much which can help to stretch out and stuck in the throat.
After getting information about snoring and its causes, Let’s talk about its effects. The first negative effect of snoring is its nosy voice which can disrupt your sleep and your partner’s sleep as well.
That can also affect your quality of sleep, after that, it also hurts heart disease like high blood pressure. Clinical studies have also shown that treatment for this sleep apnea with continue positive airway pressure(CPAP) reduces your heart disease risk.
Moreover, People also can face problems related to heat-beat rhythm. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Injury in the throat muscles, Mental health issues & Headaches are also problems produced in the human body from this snoring problem.
Remedies of Snoring problems
In some cases of snoring, That is important to seek a doctor’s care to get the medical treatment you need to address the underlying condition. Here, are some solutions that can eliminate the snoring problem.
1. Rise up your head while sleeping
You can overcome this problem by elevating the head of your bed by some inches(3-4 inches), which can help to keep your airways open.
2. Weight loss
That can help to cut tissues in your throat that might be causing your snoring. By doing some aerobatics exercises you can reduce your weight.
3. Sleeping posture
Those who are facing a snoring problem should avoid sleeping on the back that posture allows the uvula to block the airway.
4. Treat allergies
Allergies may be a reason for snoring, so you can treat your allergies. Talk to your doctor about this problem.
5. Avoid alcohol before hitting the bed
If you consume alcohol before sleep, you should not consume it before sleep. That can help to reduce this problem.
6. Get Proper quality of sleep
