Try to focus again on breath and get calmer.
Doing more practice you are capable to control your thoughts, I believe that due to this practice you can control your thoughts and that can help to sleep with ease in a short time.
Generally, people are facing lots of problems regarding these random thoughts (most negative) which are disturbing sleep and make a more complex and hard process of getting sleep.
While doing this, you have to control your sleep you should not get into sleep, you should control your sleep and active your brain because in this stage of meditation body is in a relaxed stage, and the brain is also stable and calm, this situation is more favorable for sleep. In the initial stage, most probably you get to sleep after few minutes. Although, after doing this practice on regular basis you have control power on sleep too.
Meditation With Binaural Beats Or Music
This method has a special technical reason for meditation. Actually, the brain produced brain waves from many electric sparks which are produced from many simulations of brain activity. Binaural beats also have a specific frequency to calm down your brain waves. That means after listening to this music people have a calm mind to focus on specific tasks.
In these beats, there are two tones that have slightly different frequencies, one in each ear. The brain can able to process both tones and processes half of the difference between these two tones. For instance, if you receive a 270-hertz tone in one ear and a 250-hertz tone in the other ear, the brain will process a 20-hertz tone.
Binaural beats have more two benefits to get quality sleep. first is they raise sleep-promoting hormones. The last one is they are helping to overcome the pain that may be keeping you awake.
