Sleeping

prefer or like sleeping posture? that will make an impact on your whole body as

type of sleep position, people like to sleep while they are sleeping on the stomach. In this position, people’s head turns to the side.

who sleep this way have their arms wrapped around a pillow or tucked under a
pillow.

 

3 Sleep on back

Sleep
on the back has more advantage compared to dis-advantage. First of all, people are
suffering from lower back pain. So, this is not recommended to lower back pain
patients.

In this sleeping position, people also suffer from snoring problems and sleep
apnea. But the good news is after doing some steps, we can reduce the snoring
problem. Women should avoid this position during late pregnancy.

4 Soldier Position

Sleeper
lie on their backs and their arms are down and close to the body in this
sleeping position.

5 Starfish Position

Generally
people sleep on their back with their arms up over their heads. As all those
who sleep on their backs, people who sleep in the starfish position maybe
prone to snoring and sleep problems.


People usually like to sleep in this position due to this restful position.   

 

6 Sleep on the side  

Sleeping
on the side is the most famous sleeping position. This is also known as lateral
sleep.


People
who are facing snoring problems get benefit in this sleeping position. If you
have arthritis, sleeping in the side position may make you sore.

Curling
up may also prevent you from breathing deeply because doing so may restrict
your diaphragm.

 

7 Fetal Position

people using this sleep position. This position is a specific side position by
curling up on their favorite sides with their knees bent.

Sleeper,
sleep with their legs bent and curled toward their torsos are sleeping in a fetal
position.

This
might help pregnant women because in this position that can improve
circulation for mother and fetus.

Placing
a pillow between your knees may help relieve pressure on your hips that can

8 The Log Position

In this
sleeping position, people sleep on their sides with their arms down next to
their bodies.

If you
are suffering from snoring problems this sleeping position helps you to get rid
of it. But if you have arthritis, you feel pain after wake up.

      

9 The Yearner Position

In this
sleeping position, people sleep on their sides with their arms outstretched in
front of the body. If you have breathing problems when you sleep then this is a good sleeping position for you. Although, if you are suffering from arthritis
then bad for you.

13% of people sleep in this sleeping position.

 

10 The Spooning Position

In this
sleeping position, people sleep in their favorite side for couples, the person
in the back holds the one in the front close to their body.

In
this spooning position allows for cuddling. Which releases oxytocin. From this, the hormone promotes bonding and decreases stress and this will help you to sleep
in a short time.

 

Which
