When you wake in the morning you feel lots of pain in the lower back due to this problem. the disc in more tension in the morning at long age.


5 Routine works

Most people who are working in front of a laptop or PC have this health issue. If the chair or other working equipment is not proper in ergonomics then you are suffering from back pain as well as body pain.

Select a proper chair and try to stick your back on the chair and the height of laptops and other types of equipment should be reachable. 

Do not try to pull heavy things especially from bottom to top with bending the back. Instead of that, you can pull those heavy things by bending your knees and just grab that properly and unbend your knees.
